REFUND & RETURN POLIC

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund. Returns and exchanges are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label.

You have up to 45 days to return items purchased at tibasuki, items purchased from tibasuki may be returned at any time within 45 days.

To return items by mail

Indicate what type of return you want to make by selecting one of the two return checkboxes: standard or gift.
In the columns to the far right of each item, write the quantity of each item you're returning, as well as the codes for the reasons.

Detach the top portion of the invoice for your records.
Find or create the shipping label
Look in the delivery package for a prepaid return shipping label. If there isn’t one, do one of the following:
To ship via the U.S. Postal Service, print out a prepaid USPS return shipping label.
To ship via UPS, print out a prepaid UPS return shipping label.
Prepare your package
Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.
Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
Write down your tracking number for future reference.
Ship it
When your package is ready, do one of the following:
For the U.S. Postal Service, give it to your mail deliverer, drop it off at your nearest post office, or schedule a free at-home pick-up.
For UPS, drop it off at your nearest UPS location.

To create a mailing label for a return
Your invoice may include a return mailing label. If it doesn't, you can print out a mailing label on your home or office printer.
Do one of the following:
To ship via UPS, print out a prepaid UPS return shipping label.
To ship via the U.S. Postal Service, print out a prepaid USPS return shipping label.

Be sure to include your invoice, with information about your returned item as described in the topics above. It’s also a good idea to write down your delivery tracking number for future reference.
NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you choose not to use our pre-paid shipping label, shipping is at your expense. Also, we don’t refund original shipping and handling charges.

REFUND POLICY 

If you feel the product that you've purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.

Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:

§ If the product you've purchased is completely non-functional.

§ If you did not receive your product within 90 business days (South America) after the date that your order has been placed.

Please Note: Refund will go back to your account in 3-5 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Thank you!
